Job summary

Kenneth Copeland Ministries is seeking a mechanically skilled technician to maintain and repair a variety of ministry vehicles, machinery, and heavy equipment. You will manage your time, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with staff about repairs and maintenance.

The role requires knowledge of diagnostic tools, computer systems, and hands-on experience with automotive systems. A strong work ethic and ability to work in a shop environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have working knowledge of computer systems and use of scan tools and diagnostic procedures.
• At least one year of school and two years on‑the‑job experience working on automobiles and equipment or five years of practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, determines the nature of and repairs mechanical and electronic problems.
• Overhauls engines when asked.
• Coordinates with outside garages and vendors when repairs need to be done offsite.
• Ensures/Performs preventative maintenance on all ministry owned vehicles is performed on a routine schedule.
• Repair flat tires as needed.
• Drain air compressor.
• Order and pick up parts as needed.
• Pick up and clean shop as needed.
• Keeps shop truck clean, checked out and serviced.
• Lock up and secure shop before going home.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
