Job summary

Tire Discounters in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our family-owned automotive service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles with hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles.

As part of our shop, you will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, and help keep the bay organized. We emphasize safety, exceptional customer service, and a collaborative team environment, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
