Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll receive hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles within our family-owned automotive service team.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service, with opportunities to grow into leadership as you master tire equipment and shop operations.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:
