Job summary

Tire Discounters in Independence, KY is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This entry‑level role includes hands‑on training to build skills for more advanced positions.

You will use tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, keep the shop organized, and deliver outstanding service while promoting safety and teamwork. Eligibility to work in the USA and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Pay range of $14.00-$16.00 per hour with overtime potential.
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
