Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, with hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration. Availability to work Saturdays is required, and you must be authorized to work in the USA. This position offers overtime and potential weekly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.
• Pay range of $14.00–$16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
