Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Cincinnati to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles with hands-on training for career growth.

Pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour plus overtime, paid weekly, with defined career paths toward service technician and management roles within a supportive, safety‑mocused team environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and Week commission on tire services
• Paid weekly
