Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 6+ years of tax experience; public accounting, family office, or advanced planning experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a planning-first environment rather than a compliance-only environment.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns and identify missed planning opportunities.
• Prepare and review advanced tax planning deliverables.
• Analyze individual, business, partnership, and S corporation returns.

Skills

Strong knowledge of individual and pass-through taxation

Ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-technical clients

Experience with high-income W-2 earners and 1099 professionals

Education

Active CPA license

6+ years of tax experience
