McAdams is seeking a Survey Technician based in Tampa, Florida, to partner with Professional Land Surveyors on diverse projects. This role involves preparing comprehensive survey documents and maintaining meticulous records, while also allowing for client interaction and fieldwork.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, experience in surveying, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. The work environment is primarily outdoors, demanding physical fitness and the ability to manage various tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in surveying.
• General knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and Land Surveying fundamentals.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of survey documents per applicable state and local standards.
• Independently write legal descriptions for survey documents.
• Assist with staking computations and maintain good client relations.
