The Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer fosters innovation and consistency by developing and being accountable for system-level architectures and execution. In cooperation with the Program Management team, the Aerospace Thermal Systems Engineer leads technical development projects. This role is responsible for the technical execution of the program while also serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients. During the program, the Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer manages a multi-disciplinary project team of subject matter experts in fields such as thermal analysis, installation, mechanical design and analysis, reliability, controls, electronics and software, and testing.
