Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto is hiring an Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist). The role involves high‑level maintenance and repair across major vehicle systems, with cross‑training across all positions to increase skills and earning potential.

You’ll work in a fast, safety‑mocused environment and participate in on‑site and online training. We expect 2+ years of automotive service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on findings and guidelines.
• Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service.
• Perform advanced automotive services across engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, plugs, and batteries.
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and replacements.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and e-learning training.
• Support marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
• Build strong customer loyalty with top-quality workmanship.

Requirements
