Job summary

Qualifications

• Must work safely and follow safety, environmental and contamination control policies.
• Attends required technician training classes and stays updated on industry changes.
• Maintains tools to diagnose, disassemble and reassemble components per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and repair customer or company equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Keeps work area neat and looks for process improvements and safety upgrades.
• Documents repairs and tracks repair times using appropriate software.
• Monitors expenses vs estimates and flags cost overruns with supervisor.
• Mentors teammates and assists in training as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on equipment including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Document repairs and billable times in the system.
• Monitor job expenses and communicate variances to supervisor.
• Train and mentor teammates and support continuous improvement.
