You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring security clearances are in place and milestones are met while aligning with EVMS, EAC, and financial forecasting processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
  • RP-248 Raytheon Program Management Certification Level 5 or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • US citizenship and a transferable security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Risk & Opportunity (R&O) for Fleet Sustainment, shaping solutions and keeping programs moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) lead for our Fleet Sustainment Team, helping identify and shape solutions that keep our programs moving forward.
  • Build strong partnerships with a major subcontractor to gather and align R&O inputs.
  • ork closely with customer subject‑matter experts, ensuring their questions are addressed and they feel supported throughout the process.
  • Lead the Raytheon/USG monthly risk board, bringing teams together to discuss progress and decisions.
  • Act as the BOA Cost Account Manager (CAM), contributing to clear planning and execution.
  • Support a Level of Effort (LOE) contract by keeping work streamlined and on track.
  • Manage budgets and performance to plan, with opportunities to influence key outcomes.
  • Serve as the BOA Facilities Lead—helping shape the future of our site footprint and capabilities.
  • Engage regularly with executive leadership as part of facilities consolidation efforts.
  • Survey and assess current site utilization to help inform program and space needs.
  • Partner with programs to define requirements and capabilities across various spaces.
  • Collaborate with the capital team on budget planning and long‑term facility roadmaps.
  • Create and manage integrated master schedules to keep projects synchronized.
  • Work cross‑functionally with property, DT, lab managers, security, facilities, networks, DCSA, pack/ship, and engineering/PM teams across ASP.
  • Support security initiatives by partnering with DCSA to update and modify security boundaries.
  • Review and evaluate vendor quotes to help guide purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate destruction runs to ensure compliance and proper handling of materials.
What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience Prior Program/Project management experience Prior experience monitoring team performance metrics, facilitating alignment discussions, and executing corrective actions that support consistent achievement of customer goals and requirements.
  • Raytheon Program Management Certification Level 5 or ability to obtain in 12 months in accordance with RP-248 or equivalent Program Certification Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior tostartdate with the ability to obtain program access after start.
  • US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Control Account Management (CAM)
  • Technical knowledge of RADAR/EO-IR systems development or similar technologies
  • Raytheon Level 5 Program Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the military operations community and logistics support structures
  • Proven experience in life cycle sustainment and logistics support
  • Strong working knowledge of business and project management tools and processes such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Estimate At Complete (EAC), financial forecasting, Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
