Job summary

EITACIES Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master to coach, oversee, and guide agile teams onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to Scrum/Kanban practices, mentoring teams, facilitating meetings, and removing impediments to improve processes.

The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, fostering accountability and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification required.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams.
• Working knowledge of Kanban/Lean and other agile frameworks is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team-level PI planning activities.
• Serve as servant leader to build high-performing teams and foster trust and transparency.
• Ensure healthy backlogs with clear priorities and well-understood work.
• Coach teams on agile principles and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with leadership to resolve dependencies.
• Leverage data to monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and learning.
• Organize training to enhance team Agile skills.
• Utilize Jira to measure key Agile metrics and drive improvements.
• Foster cross-team communication and collaboration.
