ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization in Washington.

This full-time, permanent role operates within a PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population. You will perform advanced clinical assessments, develop teaching plans, and advocate for patients while maintaining timely chart

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain accurate chart documentation within 48 hours (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with correct diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (≥3,400 encounters/year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support clinical education of student NPs.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization committed to team-based care. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates closely with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses and conditions within ARNP scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health
• Use sound, independent clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based data
• Maintain timely and accurate chart documentation (within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time)
• Complete fee slips with appropriately matching diagnosis and procedure codes
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time equivalent)
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific population health
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning
