Riverside Health System in Newport News, VA is seeking a Radiation Therapist to perform advanced stereotactic radiosurgery and HDR brachytherapy as part of a collaborative oncology team. You will work with radiation oncologists, physicists, and RNs to ensure precise treatment delivery.

Required qualifications include ARRT Radiation Therapist license, CPR/BLS certification, and 3–4 years of clinical or program experience in stereotactic therapies; Bachelors in Radiation Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy preferred.
• 3-4 years clinical or program experience in radiation therapy with stereotactic concepts.
• ARRT Radiation Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced SBRT to brain and other sites in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Operate gamma knife and HDR equipment and ensure patient safety and QA.
• Verify treatment plans, perform patient setup, and document procedures.
