Job summary

Lee Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Primary Care team in Fort Myers, FL. You will deliver comprehensive care across age groups, build long-term patient relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and quality outcomes.

We value evidence-based practice, teamwork, and excellence in care delivery. A Florida NP/PA license and BLS are required, with flexible schedules and strong community impact in Southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Florida license (or eligibility) as an NP or PA.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in primary care are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages from preventive health and chronic disease management to same-day visits and wellness education
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families while helping improve community health

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a community-focused setting? At Lee Health, we’re seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in beautiful Southwest Florida. We have a variety of primary care structures, including both full-spectrum family medicine and adults only. Schedules can be flexible, with options varying by practice location. After-hours call by telephone only. Our providers use Dragon dictation and EPIC EHR.

Position Information:

As an APP in Lee Health Primary Care, you will:
