Job description: The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Advanced Programs portfolio works on requirements, design, and production of an existing product line focused on delivering the necessary capacity at the right time.
Test is currently not optimally defined for our factory flows resulting in poor test yields, long test cycle times, over test, extra paperwork, and extra rework. The transformation will focus on supplier capacity, factory automation, digitization, reduce test cycle time, capacity optimization opportunities, obsolescence, test equipment enhancements, test yield improvements, test coverage at the right level of assembly, test coverage analysis, requirements reductions, and factory modeling and simulation.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
