Job summary
Genesis in Hope, AR is seeking an Advanced Production Associate to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You may be assigned to different lines or machines and will cross-train to cover needs.
Responsibilities include following work instructions, moving materials, setting up equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining 5S standards. The role offers bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic production paperwork.
- Basic math and measurement skills as required by the area.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move up to 50 lbs. during a shift.
- Willingness to cross-train and work overtime or adjusted schedules as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment and move materials to support production targets.
- Pull, stage, replenish, and deliver materials to support schedules and shipping activities.
- Set up, operate, or assist with manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
- Monitor product quality, identify defects, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain 5S/housekeeping and keep work areas organized.
- Communicate status and issues clearly to leads and supervisors.
