Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager to report to the Plant Manager and help lead the Production department. The role includes developing a high-performing team, handling customer service issues, maintaining inventory, and guiding short- and long-range location planning.

Responsibilities include ensuring production systems run daily, monitoring communications, and analyzing data to optimize operations while managing a budget and achieving goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to relocate.

• Ensures that all Production systems and processes in assigned area are in place and functioning properly daily to ensure the plant is always on schedule.
• Ensures existing internal communications systems are effective and adequate - consistently monitoring and updating as needed.
• Conducts simple knowledge management tasks by following established procedures to support others.
• Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes and procedures to understand how a Cintas Production facility operates.
• Controls costs and reviews financial data with Plant Manager daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Navigates diverse processes to interpret data and identify answers.
• Accountable to department KPIs during time spent in each department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of an assigned area or areas of the Production department, hiring and developing a high performing team, managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Will also provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.
