Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Worker looking to transition into a more management-based role. The role does involve holding a small complex caseload while having some management responsibility of the team and steeping up when the manager is absent.

Duties as a Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner
  • You will have a more complex caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings and court cases
  • You will be responsible for assisting social workers to developexperience and skills in managing court work including co-working cases to assistin developing this experience.
  • You will be required to deputise for the TeamLeaders where needed
  • You will support social workers so that their practice is effective, meetsregulatory requirements, complies with statutory guidance, and learns fromevidence-based interventions and innovative practice
Requirements as a Safeguarding Social Worker
  • Experience working in Child Protection,court work and permanency planning
  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
