Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Oregon seeks a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join the Toledo Clinic on the Oregon Coast. The position is part-time with 34 patient contact hours weekly and 16–20 patients per day, working with physicians and other practitioners.

Ideal candidates will have Oregon licensure, strong primary care skills, and experience with EPIC EMR. Relocation incentives and a competitive benefits package are offered to qualified applicants.

Samaritan Health Services, a non‑profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a part time Advanced Practitioner to join the Samaritan Toledo Clinic in Toledo, OR. Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, established in 1952, is home to a recently constructed 25‑bed critical access hospital.

Job Specifics

• Minimal phone call scheduled and shared with a larger group of Samaritan providers
• 16-20 patients per day
• 34 patient contact hours per week
• Work alongside physicians and advanced practitioners

Job Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and treatment immediate care needs and chronic conditions. Preferred procedures include skin biopsy, derm treatments, joint injections and aspirations
• Primary Care experience required
• Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
• Oregon Licensure
• Epic EMPR preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States
