Job summary

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join a busy endocrinology practice in Charleston, SC. The role includes 2-3 clinic days per week with a dedicated patient panel and remaining days on facility consultations.

Workdays are 8 AM–4 PM with a 1:8 call rotation, including weekend consults, at locations in West Ashley, North Charleston and Summerville. The team currently includes four endocrinologists and two other APPs; the department is expanding with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in endocrinology or similar/proven experience in primary care.
• APN/PA degree and current licensure to practice.
• Strong patient-care and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated patient panel across 2-3 clinic days per week.
• Cover facility consults on additional days.
• Participate in 1:8 call rotation including weekend facility consults.

• Seeking an advanced practitioner NP or PA to join a busy endocrinology practice
• Practice model includes 2-3 clinic days per week managing a dedicated patient panel with remaining days per week covering facility consults
• Weekdays 8 AM-4 PM with 1:8 call rotation, to include weekend facility consults

• Prefer 2 or more years of experience in endocrinology; alternately 2 or more years of primary care or similar experience.
• Current team is staffed by four experienced endocrinologists and two experienced Advanced Practitioners. Now recruiting for an additional endocrinologist and three additional APPs to better serve our growing community.
