Job summary

Halifax Health's Port Orange Express Care seeks a Day Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide independent, collaborative care for adult and geriatric patients in an observation setting. Qualifications

Day (United States of America) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Port Orange Express Care The Nurse Practitioner is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health team, is responsible for patient evaluation and care through the performance of pertinent history and physical examination, assessment of needs and delivery of appropriate treatment. Provides nursing care and health teaching to an assigned group of adult and geriatric patients in an observation setting. All duties and responsibilities are accomplished according to the collaborative practice agreement required by the State of Florida.
