Job summary

Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Oregon, seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established Urology Clinic. This outpatient role offers a 4-day work week, dedicated clinic time, and autonomy to manage new and established adult patients.

Join a tenured clinic staff including urologists, a physician associate, medical assistants, clinic nurses, and a surgery scheduler. CMH emphasizes person-centered care and rural medicine in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited PA program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Master’s, post-master’s or doctorate degree in an accredited NP program.
• Current national NP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology care in collaboration with the urology team.
• Maintain autonomy to see new and established adult patients.
• Collaborate with urologists, medical assistants, and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care.

Education

CMH Medical Group is seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our established Urology Clinic. Our role provides the opportunity to practice rural medicine and take care of patients who appreciate access to quality urology care. Our opening offers the opportunity to join a group of experienced clinicians who provide urology care to patients in a community clinic setting.
