Intermountain Health is opening a new Urgent Care Clinic in Fruita, CO, in Spring/Summer 2027. In this role you will open the clinic with 1 Family Medicine Physician and collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators, and integrated behavioral health providers to grow the practice.

Qualificações

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
• Two or more years of experience preferred.
• Master's degree; degree from an accredited institution; will be verified.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
