Brown University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide continuity of care for surgical patients in outpatient settings. The role involves conducting assessments, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

SUMMARY: The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide the surgical patient and their family with continuity of care in the outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will act as an integral part of the surgical service. The practitioner will also act as an educator and a liaison to other health care providers providing care across the care continuum.
