Job summary

Trinity Health's MercyOne Centerville clinic in Centerville, IA seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its Quick Care team and provide walk-in, acute visits for all ages. This role offers 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week with every 3rd weekend rotation, and a pathway to community-focused care within a supportive staff environment.

Qualifications include board certification as an NP or PA and a minimum of 5 years in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as NP or PA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for walk-in and acute visits for patients of all ages in a Quick Care setting.
• Perform assessments, diagnoses and treatments in a fast-paced, community-focused clinic.
• Collaborate with MercyOne Centerville Medical Center staff and MercyHealth network teams.
• Work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week with every 3rd weekend rotation.
