Cedar Wellness Center is a Tribally owned clinic that treats a diverse population of patients, including Native and Non‑Native people. We provide whole‑person care while managing patient substance use disorders, primary care, infectious disease, and mental health needs. We are building a team of dedicated and compassionate individuals.
We are currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our clinic in Tacoma, WA. This position reports to the Clinic Medical Director and offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a growing company.
Cedar Wellness Center seeks a board‑certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to guide patients toward a better life. The role requires a flexible approach to challenges, cross‑training, and a calm, compassionate leadership style. You will play an active role in optimizing evidence‑based care, supporting patients in reaching their goals, and ensuring patient‑centered treatment for substance use disorder.
Indian Preference applies. Qualified Indian (American Indian or Alaskan Native) applicants will receive preference in accordance with 25 U.S.C. § 5323 and 25 U.S.C. § 472a.
The physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this classification.
