UNC Health in North Carolina seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the NC Urology team at Rex/UNC Hospital and Rex/UNC Holly Springs Hospital. The APP will collaborate with four surgeons and two APPs to deliver comprehensive urologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The role covers inpatient admissions, ER and consults, postoperative rounds, operating room support, and outpatient management of general urology and oncologic conditions.

We are currently searching for Advanced Practice Providers, preferably with urology experience but open to strong and motivated new graduate candidates, to join our NC Urology team at Rex/UNC Hospital and Rex/UNC Holly Springs Hospital (APP would work in both locations).
The APP will work alongside a growing team of four Surgeons and two APPs to deliver patient centered comprehensive urologic care.
This position will focus primarily on inpatient clinical care and management (evaluating ER and inpatient consults, rounding on postoperative patients, performing bedside procedures, and patient care coordination), outpatient clinical, operating room coverage, and robotic bedside assist (if needed); the hospital and outpatient clinic are side by side in both locations.
Outpatient clinic will entail management of a variety of acute and chronic urologic conditions (primarily general urology and urologic oncology), preoperative and postoperative patients, wound care, foley catheter care/management, patient triaging, and other roles as need to support the surgeons and team.
This position will span Monday through Friday. Call is required one night weekly, and one weekend per month.
Summary:
An Advanced Practice Provider functions as part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients within the APPs scope of practice in collaboration with a supervising physician. The APP reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements: No prior experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Salary Range: $48.50 - $66.40 per hour (Hiring Range)
Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity
