Clarius Medical Group, PLLC seeks a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our region-based primary care team. This facility-based role delivers outpatient care across behavioral health centers, nursing homes, and detox centers with physician-led training.

You will travel between sites in Clear Lake, Kemah, and Southeast Houston, support multiple locations, and participate in a weekend rotation while building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license (Family, Adult, Gerontology, etc.).
• Current DEA registration for prescriptive authority.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to cover multiple locations and weekend rotations.
• New graduates welcome with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic conditions for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with facility staff and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our rapidly growing organization. You will provide top‑tier, evidence‑based outpatient care across specialized facilities, including behavioral health centers, nursing homes, and detoxification centers.

What You Will Do

Deliver

• Broad‑Spectrum Care: Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Collaborate & Problem‑Solve: Work closely with facility staff and our multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and seamless medical interventions.
• Travel & Adapt: Enjoy variety in your week by traveling between facilities in Clear Lake, Kemah, and Houston. You will work with different teams, schedules, and clinical environments.
• Educate: Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide sporting.?

What You Bring to the Table

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner (Family, Adult, Gerontology, etc.) or Physician Assistant.
• Prescriptive Authority: Current DEA registration is required.
• Clinical Excellence: Strong clinical judgment, medical decision‑making skills, and a polished, approachable demeanor with both patients and colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to cover multiple locations and participate in a required weekend rotation.
• Experience: Clinical practice experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates are highly encouraged to apply (training is provided!)
