Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Houston seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to support MinuteClinic sites. The role is full-time (30-35 hours/week) across Central and South Houston with an hourly pay range of $66.50–$77.50, plus incentives.

You will provide primary care, complete administrative duties, and coordinate care with the clinical team. Minimum NP/PA qualifications include active FNP or PA licensure, DOT certification within 30 days, BLS, and the ability to obtain a respirator FIT

Qualifications

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing
  • Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent for NP; for PA: Master of Science in Physician Assistant or related master’s degree
  • DOT certification within 30 days of employment
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED
  • Ability to pass respirator FIT test

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
