Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Advanced Urology Institute in Leesburg, FL. This physician-led MSO supports top-tier specialty care and provides robust clinical and operational support.

Position offers a guaranteed annual salary with bonus opportunities based on productivity. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with remote call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current state licensure.
• Urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the supervision of a physician in hospital and clinic settings.
• Complete patient histories and physicals.
• Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate labs.
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease.
• Participate in credentialing requirements at assigned facilities.
• Work a flexible schedule as needed by business operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
