Community Health Network in Kokomo, IN, is seeking a board-certified Advanced Practice Provider to join our Gastroenterology team at the Community Howard Regional Health campus. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with no weekends, call, or holidays, in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
