Overview

Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center Amyloidosis Center is seeking a full‑time advanced practice provider (NP or PA) to support its rapidly expanding program. The provider will work within a shared practice model in the ambulatory multidisciplinary clinic with cardiologists, hematologists, pulmonologists, nephrologists, neurologists, and gastroenterologists.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records, reconcile medications, and complete intake assessments.
• Coordinate post‑evaluation contact and care plans within the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in clinical, research, and teaching conferences.
• Mentor NP and PA students from area programs.
• Contribute to research studies and other opportunities available within the Amyloidosis Center.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience (recommended).
• Faculty appointment in the Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology is granted commensurate with experience.

Compensation

Competitive salary in the range of $128,000–$178,000, commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Benefits include paid vacation, sick time, parental leave, CME coverage, reduced tuition for faculty and dependents, and a comprehensive benefits package.
