Intermountain Health Medical Group in Thornton, CO, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine to join a collaborative team of physicians and APs. You’ll provide top‑notch patient care, work with Medical Assistants and PSRs, and participate in shared call coverage at the Thornton Clinic.

The role requires PA or APRN licensure, appropriate certifications, and a commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. A sign‑on incentive up to $10,000 is offered.

Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.Thornton Clinic, Thornton, CO-M-F: 7 am - 6 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 3pm-Shared practice callRVU and Quality incentivesYour experience.We hire people, not words on paper.
