Intermountain Health Medical Group in Thornton, CO is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Family Medicine team. You will collaborate with Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and PSRs to deliver high-quality patient care and an exceptional experience.

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Master's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you'll work with multiple other Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

Thornton Clinic, Thornton, CO

-M-F: 7 am - 6 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 3pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) or more years of experience, preferred

Master's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$57.33 - $88.47
