Sentara Medical Group has a full‑time opening for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Sentara Palmyra Medical Associates in Charlottesville, VA. This full‑time outpatient role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across all ages in a collaborative, patient‑centered Family Medicine practice.

Key Details

• Location: Palmyra, VA (Charlottesville, VA)
• Work Shift: First (Days)
• Provider Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine)
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (40 hours per week; 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin)
• Patient volume: 14‑16 patients per day
• Team: Collaborative practice with 3 physicians, 1 nurse practitioner, and 10 support staff
• Mentorship: Dedicated mentor assigned for ongoing guidance
• Call schedule: Minimal, approximately every 8‑12 weeks; utilizes 24/7 nurse triage first
