Job summary

Sentara Family Medicine Manhattan Square in Hampton, VA, seeks an APP (NP or PA) to join a busy primary care practice. You will provide full-spectrum outpatient care for patients from newborns to adults, in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Monday–Friday with 36 patient contact hours and limited admin time. Supportive team includes 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 staff; no on-call responsibilities, with a strong focus on mentorship and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA with current license.
• Prior primary care experience preferred.
• Exceptional new grad will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients across the lifespan in a high-volume primary care setting.
• Manage adults with chronic and complex conditions, with pediatric opportunities if desired.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• No on-call requirement and flexible scheduling options.
