• Practice within an independent, provider‑led setting with one physician and team‑based support.
• Step into an established patient panel and begin patient care immediately.
• Create and maintain a warm, family‑oriented practice culture that values collaboration and work‑life balance.
• Provide primary care in a convenient, quiet outpatient setting on the outskirts of town.
