Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our East Valley primary care teams, floating between Mesa, Gilbert, and Superstition Springs. The role offers competitive compensation, incentives, and a strong provider support structure.

You will work with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care, leveraging technology to streamline documentation and improve outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have completed NP or PA program and hold current license (or eligibility).
• Minimum of one year of clinical NP/PA experience in primary care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; patient-centered care.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Educate patients on preventive health, disease management, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established primary care teams in the East Valley of AZ, floating between our clinics in Mesa, Gilbert, and Superstition Springs.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the educational requirements for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an NP or PA in primary care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff in a team-based primary care setting.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.
