Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) seeks a compassionate NP or PA to join our growing Cardiothoracic team in North Central Indiana. The provider will see patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings and contribute to program growth within the Trinity Health system.

Employed by Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, this role supports mission-driven, compassionate care with a focus on cardiothoracic surgery patients and a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Cardiothoracic team in North Central Indiana. Saint Joseph Medical Group is the employed arm of Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). The Medical Group includes over 20 practice sites with over 100 primary care and specialist physicians in St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties. This position will be employed by Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, a regional health system of Trinity Health and an affiliate of Loyola Medicine. The ideal candidate would be seasoned in cardiothoracic surgery and have an interest in program growth. The selected provider will take part in seeing patients in the outpatient and inpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards.
• Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance.

• 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $1,500 for CME.
• $1,500 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
