Top Echelon Software LLC in Virginia seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a cardiothoracic surgery team. This role supports inpatient and operative care, collaborating with physicians and other APPs to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The APP will participate in first assist in the OR and perform inpatient rounding, patient management, discharges, and consultations. A CT surgery background is preferred, with experience in vein harvesting valued.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join an established cardiothoracic surgery team in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional patient care.

The APP will play an integral role in the care of cardiothoracic surgery patients across the inpatient and operative settings.

Position Highlights

Qualifications

Candidates must be one of the following:

• Physician Assistant (PA)


• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)


• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) currently practicing in an inpatient setting

Candidates with cardiothoracic surgery experience are strongly preferred. Relevant surgical or inpatient experience is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.

Estimated annual base salary range: $126,131 – $312,000

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, call/standby pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, market conditions, and other factors.
