Trinity Health's St. Mary Physicians Group in Langhorne, PA, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Cardiology team.

The role involves providing comprehensive cardiology care across the lifespan, diagnosing acute and chronic cardiac conditions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Full-time with one weekend per month hospital rounding; Epic EMR used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Current PA/NP license in Pennsylvania.
• Prescribe medications with required permits to practice.
• Graduate from an accredited PA or NP program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care and population health in cardiology.

Position Requirements

A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.

B: Education:

• Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Emphasize preventive care and population health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
