Job summary

Kettering Health seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Women’s Health to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, including reproductive and prenatal services. You will work with physicians and care teams to promote safety and access to care.

You must hold Ohio RN and APRN licenses, national NP certification, DEA, and BLS, and align with B Safe program and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and completion of graduate-level practicum in APRN program.
• Current Ohio RN license, Ohio APRN license, national NP certification, DEA registration, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan including reproductive, gynecological, prenatal, and preventive services.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote safety and access to care; ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Required Work Experience

• Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• completion of graduate-level clinical practicum in an advanced practice nursing program.

Required Licenses, Certifications, And Registrations

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Ohio. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty area from a board-approved certifying organization (e.g., ANCC, AANP). Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to prescribing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
