Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a part-time Advanced Practitioner (PA) to join our Middleton/Cross Plains Occupational Medicine and Direct to Employer Clinic in the Madison suburbs. This outpatient role offers a flexible schedule, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

The successful candidate will be a PA graduate with Wisconsin licensure and experience in acute, primary, occupational medicine, or dermatology, with in-office procedures and an on-site lab available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PA program from a nationally accredited institution.
• Active Wisconsin PA license or eligibility.
• Experience in acute, primary, occupational medicine; dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fully outpatient clinic setting.
• See patients across the lifespan in an occupational medicine context.
• In-office procedures and on-site lab support available.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program
• Current PA licensure in Wisconsin
