Job summary
woodside health and wellness in Springfield, OR is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Urology. The role supports outpatient care for adult patients with flexible full- or part-time schedules, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per hour with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, PTO and a 401(k). Oregon NP/PA license is required or eligible; new grads are welcomed.
Qualifications
- Active (or eligible) Oregon NP or PA license.
- Experience in Urology is preferred but not required.
- New Grads are welcomed!
Responsibilities
- Provide NP/PA services in an outpatient Urology office.
- Treat adult patients in an outpatient urology setting.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP or PA to join our Urology Office located in Springfield, Oregon!
We are a well established Outpatient Urology Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients.
Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!
We offer flexibility with our schedule!
Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Closed on the weekends!
Our Compensation is: $50 - $65 per hour + Full Benefit Package.
