Job summary

woodside health and wellness in Kingman, AZ is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a primary care role. We offer a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options and hours Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, closed on weekends.

The position includes a competitive compensation of $55–$65 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, PTO and a 401(k). New grads welcome; board certified required; Arizona license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Arizona NP or PA license or eligibility.
• Experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine preferred.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP or PA to join our Primary Care Office located in Kingman, Arizona!

We are a well established Outpatient Primary Care Practice that specializes in treating Adult and Children patients.

Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $55 - $65 per hour + Full Benefit Package.
