Job summary
woodside health and wellness in Colleyville, TX, is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — NP or PA — to join our outpatient neurology practice. The role offers competitive pay at $55–$65 per hour, a $10K sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekends off.
The ideal candidate has an active Texas NP or PA license and experience in neurology or neurosurgery. New grads are not being considered.
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Texas NP or PA license.
- Experience in Neurology or Neurosurgery required.
- Not accepting new grads.
Responsibilities
- Provide APP-level care in neurology or neurosurgery.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to manage patient flow.
- Perform patient assessments, order tests, and develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.

We are a well established Outpatient Neurology Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients.
Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!
We offer flexibility with our schedule!
Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Closed on the weekends!
Our Compensation is: $55 - $65 per hour + $10K Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefit Package.
Active (or eligible) Texas NP or PA license.
