Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• DEA licensure current and unrestricted.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical assessments for relevant patient populations.
• Develop, manage, and adjust treatment plans for substance use disorders.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies; document results.
