Chesapeake Urology in Towson, MD is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its team. You will care for patients across clinic and hospital settings, supporting inpatient rounding and collaborating with physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates include experienced APPs or RNs with urology exposure, and new grads are encouraged to apply. This role includes call responsibilities and exposure to multiple partners within the Baltimore area.

Chesapeake Urology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Towson team, offering the opportunity to care for patients across both the clinic and hospital setting while working alongside some of the region’s leading urology specialists. In this role, you will provide comprehensive urologic care, support inpatient rounding, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care. The position includes call responsibilities and provides exposure to a broad range of urologic conditions through coverage at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, and Union Memorial Hospital. This opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys clinical variety, values teamwork, and wants to grow within the Mid-Atlantic’s largest urology practice while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Base Salary Range: between $115,000 - $150,000 annually
